Ever After High Diary Cake
This is an Ever After High themed cake I made for a little princess at heart. The cake features the Ever After High Diary along with ornamental head bands, gems, pearls and a pink stiletto. It’s all very girly and beautiful.
The cake inside is a raspberry pound cake frosted with raspberry buttercream. All the design work was done with marshmallow fondant.
The main attraction of this cake is a diary which was created using several layers of fondant and royal icing. A tutorial on how the diary topper was made can be found here.
