Booties Baby Shower Cake
This is a “mock cake” in the sense that the real cake was a wedding cake with magnolia flowers. Before placing the flowers on the cake however, I decided to decorate the cake with some cute fondant booties which immediately transformed the cake into a baby shower cake. The booties were later used on coconut cupcakes for a baby shower. Its amazing how a few change in details could lead to a totally new cake design and concept.
