Christmas Cake with Snow Overlay
This Christmas cakes features a fondant Christmas tree and wrapped gifts on top. It is a simple cake which shows the spirit of Christmas: giving.
The cake itself is a Nigerian Cake with citrus notes frosted with vanilla buttercream. All the design work was done with marshmallow fondant.
