Cars Cake (2)
This cake was made for a young Cars fan. He wanted a cake with a 3D car topper. I had earlier on made a Cars Cake featuring Lightning McQueen (Post here). This time around, I chose to push myself and take on a more complicated character. I ended up making a Cars cake with a 3D Tow Mater topper. The end result was amazing and according to his mum, the cake was a blast.
The cake is a 9 inch carrot cake frosted with cream cheese frosting. All the design work was done with marshmallow fondant.
