Power Rangers Cake
When I was asked to make a Power Rangers themed cake, I was at a loss about what to do. I was not inspired by most of the Power Rangers cake designs I found. Since the cake was for a male fan, I decided to go with the Blue Ranger. I knew I wanted to make a ranger face and little by little other ideas started trickling in. I love this cake a lot. Even though the design is simple, it is clean and precise.
Both tiers were made of Nigerian Cake frosted with vanilla buttercream. All the design work was done with marshmallow fondant.
