Doc McStuffins Cake
This is a cake inspired by Doc McStuffins who is a six year old girl who loves playing doctor with her toys and stuffed animals in her playhouse clinic. This cake is a perfect birthday cake for girls. The purple and white stripes gives it a striking appearance and other fun elements can be added to the cake. I was particularly excited about this cake as I loved the way the stripes turned out. It also gave me the opportunity of making a fun colorful stethoscope.
The sponge is a raspberry butter cake frosted with chocolate buttercream. All the design work was carried out with marshmallow fondant.
